How is it different from driver updater programs?
It never downloads drivers from unknown sources. It only uses drivers published through Windows Update and points you to manufacturer tools for the rest.
Does it install graphics drivers?
If they're on Windows Update, yes. For the latest Game Ready drivers, it points you to the official NVIDIA, AMD or Intel tool.
